Refund policy

We'd be happy to accept returns or exchange items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damage within 30 days of purchase.

Any sign of physical wear that the shoe was worn outside of your residence will be shipped back to you at the cost of the customer.

All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS attached. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), hats, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, swimwear, bras, underwear, socks.

All Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund and within 60 days of purchase for store credit with original or gift receipts.

We will issue a credit back in the original form of payment less the shipping upon receipt of the item if it meets the refund policy.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.
